Mishima Technique in Ceramics and Artistic Possibilities

Öz

Seramikte Mishima Tekniği ve Sanatsal Olanaklar

Mishima tekniği, kökeni Kore’ye dayanan, seramik yüzeylerine çizgi, doku, ritim ve renk gibi tasarım ilkelerini entegre etmeyi sağlayan bir yöntemdir. Bu teknik, stilizasyon ve soyutlama gibi yaratıcı ifadelerin önünü açar ve seramik yüzeylerde çizgi ile renk alanlarından oluşan dinamik kompozisyonlar yaratılmasına imkân verir. Mishima, hem somut hem de soyut öğeleri içeren çeşitli görsel yüzeyler elde edilmesine olanak sağlar. Günümüzde, bu zengin olanaklar seramik sanatında ilgi görmekte ve sanatçılara modern dünyada yeni yaratıcı yollar keşfetme imkanları sunmaktadır.

Abstract

The Mishima technique is a method originating in Korea that allows the integration of design principles such as line, texture, rhythm and colour into ceramic surfaces. This technique paves the way for creative expressions such as stylization and abstraction, allowing the creation of dynamic compositions of lines and fields of colour on ceramic surfaces. Mishima makes it possible to create different visual surfaces that contain both concrete and abstract elements. Today, these rich possibilities are gaining attention in ceramic art, offering artists the opportunity to explore new creative paths in the modern world.
