Türkiye ve Güney Kore’de Müzik Eğitimi Veren Kurumlar
Kültürel kalkınma bir ülkenin gelişiminde en önemli unsurlardan biridir. Sanat, sanat eğitimi ve bunun en önemli parçalarından olan müzik ve müzik eğitimi de şüphesiz ki bu kalkınmada önemli rol oynamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Türkiye ve Güney Kore’de müzik eğitimi veren kurumları karşılaştırmak, benzerlik ve farklılıkları tespit etmektir. Bu kapsamda iki ülkede örgün ve yaygın müzik eğitimi veren kurum ve kuruluşlar incelenmiş ve karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu araştırma, Türkiye ve Güney Kore’de müzik eğitimi veren kurumları karşılaştırmayı, benzerlik ve farklılıkları tespit etmeyi amaçlayan nitel bir araştırmadır. Araştırmada veriler literatür taraması ve doküman incelemesi yapılarak toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yöntemi ile yorumlanmış ve analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda her iki ülkede de müzik eğitimi yapısal bakımdan büyük farklılıklar göstermemekle birlikte, uygulamada farklılıklar olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
Cultural development is one of the most significant factors for the progress of a country. Art, art education along with music and music education which are among the most important parts of art play a significant role in this development. This study aims to compare the institutions providing music education in Turkey and South Korea, and to identify their similarities and differences. In this regard, institutions and organizations which provide formal and common music education in both countries have been examined and compared. This is a qualitative study which aims to compare institutions providing music education in Turkey and South Korea, and to identify their similarities and differences. The data of the study have been collected through literature review and document analysis. The collected data have been interpreted and analyzed with content analysis method. As a result, it has been detected that music education in both countries has no significant difference in terms of structure but there are some differences in the implementation.
