Şekerci Udi Hâfız Cemil Efendi’nin Ud Taksimleri’nin Makâm ve Geçki Bakımından İncelenmesi
Öz
Ud, Türk Mûsikîsi’nin en önemli ve beğenilen müzik aletlerinden birisidir. Bu durumun ortaya çıkmasında Türk Mûsikîsi’nde çok önemli ud icracılarının yetişmiş olmasının payı büyüktür. Bu icracılardan bir tanesi de Şekerci Udi Hâfız Cemil Efendi’dir. Küçük yaşta hâfız olan Cemil Efendi, Sultan Mâbeyncisi Udi Basri Bey’den ud dersleri almıştır. Makâm-ı Sultân-ı Cedîd adında yeni bir makâm tertip etmiş, aynı makâmda bir peşrev ve bir saz semâi bestelemiştir. Udi Şekerci Hâfız diye tanınan Cemil Efendi bir peşrev, dört saz semâi ve kırk civarında şarkıyı Türk Mûsikîsi repertuarına kazandırmıştır. Bu repertuarın yanında kendisine ait ud taksimlerinin notaları da mevcuttur. Şekerci Udi Hâfız Cemil Efendi’nin Hüzzâm, Rast ve Nihâvend taksimlerinin makâm ve geçki bakımından incelenmesi bu makalenin konusunu oluşturmaktadır.
Şekerci Udi Hâfız Cemil Efendi’nin taksimlerinde ve eserlerinde kullandığı makâmsal ve teknik anlayışa yönelik analiz ve araştırmaların yaygınlaştırılması, Türk Mûsikîsi eğitimi, özellikle ud eğitimi alacak olanlara sanatçının tanıtılmasında, eserlerinin anlaşılmasında yol gösterici olacaktır.

Abstract
Investigation of Sekerci Udi Hafiz Cemil Efendi's Ud Improvisation in Terms of Tune and Overage
Oud is one of the most important and acclaimed instruments of Turkish music. In the emergence of this situation, the fact that very important educated oud performers in Turkish Music has a large share. One of these performers is Şekerci Udi Hâfız Cemil Efendi. Cemil Efendi, who became a hafiz (swot) at a young age, took oud lessons from Udi Basri Bey who was the chamberlain of Sultan. He formed a new tune called Makâm-ı Sultân-ı Cedîd, in the same tune he composed a overture and a saz semai. Cemil Efendi, known as Udi Şekerci Hâfız, brought an overture, four saz semâi and around forty songs to the repertoire of Turkish Music. Besides this repertoire, notes of his oud songs' improvisation are also available. The investigation of Şekerci Udi Hâfız Cemil Efendi's Hüzzâm, Rast and Nihâvend improvisations in terms of tune and overage forms the subject of this article.
The dissemination of analyzes and researches on the technical and tonal understanding used by Şekerci Udi Hâfız Cemil Efendi in his improvisations and works, Turkish Music education, especially in the introduction of the artist who will receive oud training, will guide in the understanding of his works.
