Tekstil Tasarımında Doğal Elyaf ve Doğal Boya Kullanımı

Gündelik hayatımızın temel ihtiyaçlarından biri olan tekstil ürünlerinin üretimi, insanoğlunun ye¬rleşik hayata geçtiği ve koyun yetiştiriciliğine başladığı dönemlere dayanmaktadır. İnsanlar, doku¬maları renklendirirken doğadaki bitki, hayvan ve minerallerden yararlanmışlardır. Doğal elyaflı ve doğal boyalı tekstil üretimi, 19. yüzyılın ortalarında sentetik elyafın ve sentetik boyaların üretilmeye başlanmasına kadar devam etmiştir. Günümüzde gelişen sanayi ile sentetik tekstil malzemeleri ve boyaları hızlı ve düşük maliyetli üretilmektedir. Doğal elyaf ve doğal boya kullanılmış tekstillerdeki renk uyumu daha dikkat çekicidir. Birçok renkte ortak doğal boyarmaddeler kullanıldığı için renkler arasında uyum vardır ve gözü yormaz.

Production of textile as one of the daily needs is based on times when humankind started settled life and sheep breeding. People used the plants, animals and minerals in the nature while colouring their weavings. But it is hard to guess the begining of dyeing. Production of textile with natural fibers and dyes had been continued since the synthetic fibers and the synthetic dyes were started to be produced in the middle of 19th century. Nowadays, materials and dyes of synthetic textile products are being produced in a fast and cost-efficient way by the help of developing technology. Esthetically, the colour harmony in natural dyed textile with natural fibers pleases the eye more. Since natural dyes are used commenly in several colours, there is connection between natural fibres in their colours so none of them looks seperate and strains eyes.
