III. Selim Dönemi’nde Enderun-İ Hümayun Mekteplerinde Okutulan Müzik Risalesinin Meşk Yöntemi Açısından İncelenmesi

XV. yüzyılda Osmanlı İmparatorluğu’nun bir saray eğitim kurumu olan Enderûn-i Hümâyun yüksek seviyede eğitim veren, devlet yöneticilerini ve sanâtkarlarını yetiştiren kurumdur. Enderun mektebinde müzik eğitimi meşk yöntemine dayalıdır. Mektepte okutulan kitaplarda Risâleler olarak Enderûn kütüphanesinde el yazması tek nüsha olarak bulunmaktadır. Bu müzik risaleleri içerik olarak, o dönemde müzik eğitiminin çerçevesini çizmektedir.

Bu araştırmada, Topkapı Sarayı Müzesi Emanet Hazinesi’nde bulunan III. Selim döneminde Enderun Mektebinde okunmuş olan iki risalenin geleneksel bir müzik eğitim yöntemi olan meşk yöntemiyle incelenip değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Bu açıdan söz konusu araştırma belgesel tarama niteliğini taşımaktadır.

Bu çalışma, Osmanlı Dönemi müzik eğitimi sisteminin metodolojisini bir ders kitabı içeriğinde göz önüne sermek dına önemli görülmektedir.
