The purpose of this research is to determine the individual instrument study habits of students of the Faculty of Fine Arts and to determine whether these skills vary according to gender, age, grade and individual instruments. A survey model was used in the research. The sample of the research consists of 89 students of Music Department who are continuing their education at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University Neşet Ertaş Faculty of Fine Arts in 2023-2024 academic year. The study habits scale developed by Küçükosmanoğlu, Babacan, Babacan and Yüksel (2016) is used as a data collection tool in the research. Percentage, frequency, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, independent groups t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Kruskal Wallis H and Mann Whitney U were used to analyse the data. In the study of students' individual instrumental practice habits, when the general and sub-dimensions of individual instrumental practice habits are examined, it can be seen that students' study habits are at a medium and high level. When examining the general dimension, while there was no significant difference in gender, age and individual instrument variables, a significant difference was found in favour of 2nd year students in the class variable. While there was no significant difference in the gender, class and age variables in the study preparation dimension, it was concluded that there was a significant difference in favour of Qanun students according to the individual instrument variable. When the dimension of using time correctly and studying regularly was examined, while there was no significant difference between gender, age and individual instrument variables, it was concluded that there was a significant difference in favour of 2nd year undergraduate students according to the class variable, and suggestions were made regarding study habits.
