Saz style, which is known to have been developed during the Ottoman Empire and reached its peak in the 16th century; It is a style that manifests itself in many areas of Ottoman art, especially in fields such as miniature and illumination, as well as tiles, ceramics and hand-carved works. Iznik tiles, which attract attention with their vivid colors and solid structure as well as different stylistic features, were used with great admiration both in the Ottoman palace and outside the palace. Among the Iznik plates from the Ottoman period, there are important examples bearing the characteristics of the saz style. In this context, Iznik tile samples with saz style characteristics were the subject of this research. Today, tile samples and related information, as well as better digital images, can be accessed in many museums and private collections. With advancing technology, museums can include works on their official websites and make them available to a wide audience. Considering that all kinds of resources are important for researchers and collectors who have limited opportunity to access and see the works, these sites that have and display visual documents on the subject become important. In this research, the auction archive of the website and auction archive of Turkey's first and only corporate firm in its field, "Arthill Museology & Collecting", which is known to have been going on since 1918, was examined. As a result of the examination of its archives, it was seen that there were samples of Iznik tiles in its collection and that it had a remarkable catalog in terms of being offered for sale. Within the scope of the subject, two Iznik plates from the 16th century and seven Iznik plates from the 17th century were found. The characteristics of the plates in terms of period, color, motif, technique and the relationship between the leaf motifs and the saz style were evaluated. The aim of this study is to raise awareness about the Iznik plates with saz style characteristics, which took part in the Arthill auctions. In the research, written sources, internet publications and the museum's website, which are frequently used mass media tools today, were used.
