The questioning of the space in the work of art has paved the way for the discovery of new forms of expression on the way to contemporary art. With the traditional forms of presentation and the use of space being pushed aside, the boundaries around the artwork have disappeared. The construction of the object and the space in which it is located has been evaluated together with the work in the formation of meaning. The meaning of the work can no longer be considered separately from the space. This situation has led to the evaluation of the meaning of the work of art together with the space it is in, as well as the re-evaluation and classification of the art phenomenon in different media. The form that brings the object and space phenomenon defined by contemporary art to life in its most concrete form is installation. This form, which first emerged as land art, never left aside the questioning reflex it brought in its essence, and then entered the urban areas, not only natural elements but also human-made elements. At this point, Noémie Goudal, one of the leading representatives of contemporary photography, questions modern life by using the comparisons she made between rural-urban, primitive-civilized, and natural-artificial, as well as questioning how observation and recording developed and the differences, she created about all these.
