The aim of the research is to determine the opinions of experts about breathing technique and teaching methods in clarinet education. The research is a phenomenology study conducted with qualitative research methods. The data of the research were collected with a semi-structured interview form prepared to get expert opinions after the relevant literature was scanned. These data were analyzed by descriptive analysis technique. The study group of the research; It consists of 11 field experts who are members of Hacettepe University, Bilkent University, Gazi University, Presidential Symphony Orchestra, Samsun State Opera and Ballet Orchestra, Antalya State Opera and Ballet Orchestra, İzmir State Opera and Ballet Orchestra and Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Symphony Orchestra. As a result of the research, breathing technique is the basis of all techniques used when playing the clarinet for clarinet training, the sections on breathing technique in clarinet education resources are greatly inadequate, internet resources are not used to a great extent of teaching breathing technique, models show of respiratory organs and muscles are not used, breathing capacity improving devices are not used to a great extent.
