In visual arts, the ability to make sense of the visuals that people see around them requires understanding the unique language of the visuals. It contains images within visual thinking. The reflection of the images on the outside is through the forms. The way people express their thoughts visually, just like using words while expressing themselves in real life, lies in their correct use of these forms and their perception in the same way. The aim of this study is to consider the fundamental elements of visual literacy as a basis and explain how the filmmaker will benefit from these elements while creating own visual language, by examining through the headings following the introduction section. The analysis was created by explaining the fundamental elements of the visual language that the filmmaker should follow while creating the third dimension on the screen which is a two-dimensional plane, through photographs taken in an application study.
