The scope of this research is limited to the Czerny op.599 Etude book used in beginner piano education.The aim of this study is to conduct a technical analysis of 100 etudes in Czerny op.599 book, which is used at the beginner level of piano education, and to determine its technical contributions to the student, ensuring that the student has a conscious education process. The technical examination of the level of etudes used in the beginner level piano education, and the contribution of the determined technical gains to the works studied is important for the student's education process. The research was carried out by examination and screening method. The research is of descriptive nature due to the fact that there has been a state determined. It was determined that Carl Czerny Op.599 Etude book, which will constitute the main focus of the research,was used frequently in piano education lessons as a beginner etude book and therefore was included in the study. 100 etudies in Czerny op.599 Study bookwere examined in terms of technical behaviors using scanning and examination methods, as a result, 11 basic technical playing behaviors were identified and presented in tables. From the etudes in the table, each etude was analyzed according to the technical behavior in the table, and then the percentages and frequencies of such technical behaviors in the book were measured.
