1606123219 USE OF ACTIONBOUND PROGRAM IN ART EDUCATION

It is widely known that young people use smartphones commonly both as a communication tool and due to the technological convenience it provides. It is undeniable that there is a big contribution of commonly used technological tools in the students' visual arts education process. Using the Actionbound program, an activity has been created that can enrich the content of the Visual Arts course and contribute positively to students' sensitivity and attitudes towards art. The orienteering game, which is popular among children and young people, was organized with the actionbound program, and an "art hunt" was implemented within the boundaries of safe schools. Among the previously formed student groups, a race against time was organized in the school building, garden, and volleyball court, and within the scope of art education, it was ensured that students became familiar with artworks and developed awareness against art. It was observed that the students received affective pleasure from the application. This study, which is based on interviews and observations, which is one of the qualitative data measurement tools, can be carried out in the whole classroom, library, or school, or it can be done in order to introduce works of art in a settlement.
