The flower image continues to be used as a symbol of common feelings and thoughts in social life with the contribution of its rich varieties and structural characteristics. The rose plant, which forms a language of expression that varies from one society to another, is used to meet different meanings in various fields from mythology to belief systems, literature to cinema, traditional arts to today's art with its scent, layered structure, having thorns as a contrast to its beauty, and with its variety of different colors. While the rose, examples of which we are familiar with as the symbol of love and lover in the literary field, and which is associated with sacred figures in religious belief systems, is sometimes a detail that forms a still life, an element of ornament in traditional arts, a pattern in weaving, sometimes it becomes an image loaded with symbolic meanings as the dominant element of a painting, installation or sculpture. In terms of being a comprehensive subject, in this study, the similarities and differences in the rose image included in the work of artists from different disciplines have been examined with the evaluations made on the visual and written data obtained from the literature review.
