Creating a garment in the desired form is one of the most important factors in garment design. Technically, many details are involved in preparing two-dimensional patterns of the imagined or designed product and transforming it into three-dimensional clothing. The design product includes collars, sleeves, pockets, closures, collets, linings, etc. Each technique includes production dynamics that complement and support each other in both pattern and sewing stages. In this process, while the garment is transformed into the designed shape, the experienced technical processes and resolutions also lead to the creation of new designs through creative channels. In this study, the idea of the creating new designs with each technique of the garment was aimed to be put forward. For this purpose, different techniques were selected in the products produced by the project work and each technique was analyzed with priority within itself. The products were developed as a result of experimental processes obtained by different methods and analysis. The product and the technical board of the product were prepared as project outputs. On the product board, data such as technical drawing, pattern, model analysis, material and material list, work study, cost table etc. of the production processes took place. As a result of this study, each of the pattern and basic sewing techniques within the basic principles of garment design were examined within the framework of their own rules and experienced with different analyzes and contexts. As a result, it was tried to put forward the idea that new technical creations can be reached in this process.
