Museums are, in the most general sense, defined as institutions that collect, preserve and display objects with cultural value. In addition to this definition, however, museums with a modern concept educate individuals in the society and support them in socio-cultural sense, make the formal education more effective and lasting, raise awareness and work systematically in this regard. Ege University Paper and Book Arts Museum, one of its kind in Turkey, has almost 1000 works of art from various cultures revealing the adventure of paper and book from the past to the present. The museum has its own art gallery and hosts the very best objects in variety, making it internationally well recognized. In this regard, the features of Ege University Paper and Book Arts Museum and its works of art were defined. We put forward some suggestions on educational activities related to Visual Art Education for a more effective learning process. The related activitie proposal was made in the museum and evaluated according to the criteria of the studies, originality and functionality produced by the students.This case study is a qualitative research. The methods we used includes interviews, observations and document reviews. From the purposive sampling methods, we preferred the typical case sampling.
