First clues of our studies which is continued 6 seasons in Isaura ancient city (modern Zengibar Castle) which is located the intersection of West Taurus are discussed in paper. Some issues which is mentioned in paper and we're working to provide the evidence are among the issues which are still controversial in the world of archeology.
In particular, what was the name (old or new Isaura) of field ruins in Zengibar Castle was opened to discussion again after a long time. Through ongoing our works was obtained important clues, and these evidences showed that both of two cities (Old Isaura and New Isaura) was located in Zengibar Castle. Moreover, according to well-known lifestyle of Isaurians, ruins which can be seen on the surface at least in Zengibar Castle not of Isaurian who able to preserve the identity of indigenous.
